1. Acceptance

By using the site, a visitor agrees to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

2. Planning estimates

Calculators and reports are educational planning tools. Results depend on user-provided assumptions and may omit taxes, contract terms, timing effects or exceptional fees. No result is a promise of revenue, savings, profitability or business outcome.

3. Paid reports

A paid report is a one-time digital product generated from the submitted calculator scenario and delivered through a private link. The checkout disclosure, applicable refund rules, taxes and mandatory consumer rights form part of the purchase terms.

4. Acceptable use

Visitors may use the tools for lawful business planning. Automated extraction, denial-of-service activity, attempts to bypass rate limits or misuse of private report links is prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

The site design, original explanations and software are protected to the extent allowed by law. A visitor may use their own results internally, but may not represent the site or formulas as professional certification.

6. Availability and changes

Features, partner links, fees and formulas may change. Material methodology changes should be dated. The operator may suspend features for security, compliance or maintenance.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of planning estimates or for indirect or consequential business loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
